Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Meat Department Management: Manage the meat department, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising meat products in accordance with company inventory control procedures.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our meat products, including cuts, prices, and promotions.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the meat department, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of meat products, including cuts, prices, and promotions.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 20lbs, stand for long periods of time, and complete physical work including but not limited to bending, lifting, and reaching.
