Key Responsibilities- Repair and Maintenance: Evaluate, troubleshoot, disassemble, assemble, repair, and inspect medical devices to meet company standards.
- Quality Control: Perform inspections and estimations of customer products received for repairs and troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate service records electronically and manually.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of documents and processes.
- Work Environment: Maintain a clean, well-organized work environment at all times.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; a graduate of a community college with a technology concentration is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical repairs, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Language: Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English required; bilingual French is an asset.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Attendance and Punctuality: Expected to maintain acceptable standards for attendance and punctuality, and work overtime as needed.
