Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Supervisor to join our team at Wireless Whiz / Whiz Phone Repair. As a Telecommunications Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems and networks. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of telecommunications technicians and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement plans for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems and networks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that telecommunications systems and networks are integrated with other business systems.
  • Monitor and analyze telecommunications system performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement procedures for troubleshooting and resolving telecommunications system issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to telecommunications technicians and engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest telecommunications technologies and trends.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications systems and networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work a 35-hour week, with occasional overtime as required.
