Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Supervisor to join our team at Wireless Whiz / Whiz Phone Repair. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our telecommunications services, ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our telecommunications team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with our sales and customer service teams to ensure that our customers receive excellent service and support.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our telecommunications operations.
  • Manage and maintain our telecommunications infrastructure, including networks, systems, and equipment.
  • Ensure that our telecommunications services meet the required standards and regulations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to our team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of our business strategy and goals, providing input and recommendations on how to improve our telecommunications services.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in telecommunications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and support.
