About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at Multidimension Inc. As an Accounting Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including trial balances, income statements, and balance sheets, to management and stakeholders.
  • Payroll and Taxation: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, prepare tax returns, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management.
  • Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Software: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
