Avanti Le Spa, un salon de coiffure et de beauté de luxe, recherche un(e) Infirmier(ère) Injecteur(trice) expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe sous la supervision de Dr. Ines Naman.

Responsabilités Principales
  • Administrer les traitements injectables (ex. : neuromodulateurs, fillers) et d'autres services d'esthétique médicale.
  • Réaliser des consultations avec les clients et fournir des recommandations personnalisées basées sur leurs besoins.
  • Assurer la sécurité et la satisfaction des clients en suivant des protocoles rigoureux et en maintenant des normes de soin élevées.
  • Collaborer avec Dr. Naman pour rester à la pointe des techniques et des tendances en esthétique médicale.
  • Créer du contenu engageant pour les réseaux sociaux (photos avant/après, vidéos de traitement, posts éducatifs) afin d'accroître la visibilité personnelle et celle de la clinique.
  • Développer et entretenir votre propre base de clients en utilisant les réseaux sociaux et en offrant un service exceptionnel favorisant la rétention des clients.
  • Participer à des formations continues pour rester informé(e) des dernières avancées en traitements esthétiques médicaux.
Qualifications
  • Infirmier(ère) autorisé(e) (RN ou NP) avec certification dans l'administration d'injectables et en esthétique médicale (ex. : neuromodulateurs, fillers).
  • Une expérience préalable en médispa ou en clinique esthétique est un atout.
  • Bonne connaissance de l'anatomie faciale et des principes d'harmonie esthétique.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en consultation.
  • Passion pour la beauté et l'esthétique, avec un fort désir d'aider les clients à atteindre leurs meilleurs résultats.
  • Actif(ve) sur les réseaux sociaux (ex. : Instagram, TikTok) avec une capacité prouvée à générer du contenu et à interagir avec les abonnés.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Compétence à générer des leads clients et à bâtir des relations durables.
