Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for housekeeping supplies and services.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
