Store Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience, and driving sales growth through effective inventory management and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to maximize sales and minimize waste
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
- Ensure that the store is visually merchandised to meet company standards and drive sales
- Monitor and control store expenses to achieve budget targets

Requirements
- 2+ years of retail management experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
