Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Coast Nisku Inn & Conference Centre. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee the daily cleaning schedule to ensure all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and establish work schedules to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
