Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate Services: Arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, and equipment replacement as needed.
  • Manage Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Establish Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
