Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality food production.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure efficient food preparation and minimize waste.
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure a smooth transition and high-quality service.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
