Job Description

A1 Transportation Academy is seeking a skilled Senior Operations Executive to lead our team in strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role
  • The Senior Operations Executive will oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel, materials, and financials, to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • This role involves authorizing the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions, as well as coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • The successful candidate will establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the company in negotiations or other official functions.
Responsibilities
  • Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, or other executive staff members to create optimal working conditions.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people and ensure that they are equipped with the necessary resources to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain a permanent work term and work a standard 40-hour week, with the option to work additional hours as needed.
  • Communicate effectively in English and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a transportation-related industry.
