At Jake's Boathouse, we are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional management skills, and the ability to drive results.

About the Role

This position will be responsible for managing a team of 11-15 people and ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

We are offering a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to the salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 11-15 people to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulations and laws
  • Represent the organization at external meetings and events as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior operations or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
