Job Title: Production Painter

We are seeking a skilled Production Painter to join our team at SCT WELDING LASER & MANUFACTURING CO. in a permanent position.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of materials and equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to understand coating requirements.
  • Check the thickness of coatings using micrometers, callipers, or other devices.
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Apply coatings to small items and touch-ups using paint brushes.
  • Prepare and mix metallizing solutions according to formulas or specifications.
  • Select the appropriate paint or mix paints to achieve the desired finish.
  • Tend or operate equipment to spray or coat surfaces.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
