Job Description

HIMCAN CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS INC. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams
  • Recruit and train new staff members
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet project deadlines
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
  • Fluent in English
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30 to 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
