About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human-Machine Interface Designer to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered designs for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human-machine interface designs for our products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to bring designs to life.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure designs meet user needs.
  • Design and develop prototypes, wireframes, and other visual aids to communicate design concepts.
  • Work closely with our development team to ensure designs are implemented correctly and meet technical requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human-machine interface design.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a focus on human-machine interfaces.
  • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual communication and interaction design experience.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.
