About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HMI Designer to join our team at BRP. As an HMI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing human machine interfaces for our products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop human machine interfaces for our products, including digital and physical interfaces
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas and concepts to life
  • Develop graphic and physical interfaces, including wireframes and motion graphics, to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Realize static and dynamic prototypes and be part of the concepts validation, in lab and in the field
  • Illustrate in context use cases to articulate stories
  • Support the management team with effective communication, facilitating decision making
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication Design, Media Design, or related
  • 3-5+ years experience in digital/physical interaction product design
  • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual communication/interaction design experience with motion graphics
  • Be a taste maker and an innovator
  • Extremely detailed in graphic visuals
  • Fluency in French
  • Experience in building digital prototypes
  • Experience in building physical prototypes
  • Expert knowledge of key design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe suite, Unreal Engine...)
  • Experience designing interfaces in automotive or power sports is a plus
  • Natural collaboration working within a multidisciplinary team
