Fire Alarm Technician Trainee Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Fire Alarm Technician Trainee to join our team at Fire Safety and Protection LLC. As a Fire Alarm Technician Trainee, you will assist in the installation, inspection, and repair of fire alarm systems, as well as perform other related tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the installation of fire alarm systems, including wiring and testing.
  • Conduct regular inspections of fire alarm systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on fire alarm systems as needed.
  • Assist in the testing and certification of fire alarm systems.
  • Document all work performed, including inspections and repairs.
  • Assist in the training of new employees.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, on-the-job training provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds and work at heights.
