Job Overview:

Meridia Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Specialist to support the design and development of our HR System - Workday. This role involves moderate to complex HR process improvements, system configuration, and testing within all modules of the HR System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for moderate to complex HR process improvements, system configuration, and testing within all modules of the HR System, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Assists in managing administration of security access, maintaining a secure and stable HR System environment.
  • Provides timely reporting as required, facilitating informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Supports prioritization and project management efforts, effectively managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinates and communicates system changes or events, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
  • Supports and follows HR System Governance processes, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaises with stakeholders to gather information and understand issues, providing expert recommendations to drive business outcomes.
  • Mentors other System Analysts and junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Develops, maintains, and provides training to end-users, enhancing their proficiency in using the HR System.
  • Manages and executes testing activities across the Workday team, including bi-annual upgrade testing, ensuring high-quality results.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Workday experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to execute on priorities based on input from senior System Analysts and management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in all forms of communication.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
