Luxshi Super Market Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure optimal store performance.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment withstanding extended periods of standing.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, permanent position.
- Language: English.
