About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our Trade, Broadcasting and Other Services team at The Mummy Real store. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners
  • Lead a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve business objectives
  • Establish and manage budgets, financial plans, and administrative controls
  • Represent The Mummy Real store in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a trade, broadcasting, or other services industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
