We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at Wellington North Power Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Bookkeeping: Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
Language:The language of work is English.
Hours of Work:30 to 40 hours per week.
