About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Ora Sushi. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
