Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Staff to join our team at PDI. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of shipments, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Shipping and Receiving: Prepare shipping documents, enter shipping information into the Warehouse Management System, and ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, update spreadsheets, and prepare reports on a routine basis.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues or concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
- Warehouse Operations: Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment, sort and place materials on shelves or in warehouse locations as required, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Quality and Compliance: Follow quality service standards, comply with procedures, rules, and regulations, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Experience: Freight handling experience, forklift license required, and previous customer service work experience within a warehousing, logistics, or transportation industry.
- Skills: High attention to detail, excellent numeracy skills, superior communication skills, ability to manage competing priorities, and experience with online inventory management systems.
- Certifications: Ability to certify in Fall Arrest, First Aid/CPR, GHS, TGD, Emergency Response, etc.
