BrightPath Kids Canada is seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Director to join our team at Lawrence Avenue. As a Centre Director, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operation of the centre, including staff recruitment and development, policy implementation, and compliance with provincial regulations.
  • Ensure that all staff members understand the centre's objectives and expectations.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, accounts payable, and general communications.
  • Implement and ensure completion of training for all staff members.
  • Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
