Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Experience in community care or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to travel to patient residences within a designated area.
