Job Summary

Responsibilities
As a Registered Practical Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with Bayshore HealthCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, including:
- Assessing client needs and developing personalized care plans
- Providing wound care, medication management, and other nursing interventions as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Documenting client progress and communicating with family members and caregivers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current registration with the provincial licensing body
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of our clients
