Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and Evaluate: Conduct comprehensive assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create individualized plans of care that incorporate analysis of data and current scientific findings.
- Provide Interventions: Deliver interventions with a focus on achieving realistic client outcomes.
- Monitor and Report: Report changes to update the plan of care to reflect progress towards goals and outcomes.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Referrals: Initiate referrals as needed to other health team members.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Licensure: Current license as a Registered Nurse.
- Certification: Current CPR certification.
- Transportation: Access to reliable transportation.
- Confidentiality: Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
