We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at RhynoCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and the resident's plan of care.
  • Utilize sound nursing practice principles to ensure the delivery of excellent nursing and personal care.
  • Ensure timely and accessible admissions, comprehensive orientations, and safe resident transfers and discharges.
  • Manage the supply, control, and safekeeping of drugs and narcotics, and ensure protocols are followed.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of residents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others, respect resident autonomy, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and regulations.
  • Medical Clearance, Vulnerable Sector Police Check, and Clear Criminal Record check.

All staff are required to adhere to COVID-19 prevention protocols and wear a mask at all times.
