We are seeking a Retail Store Associate to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
- Support the sales floor team by assisting with sales, processing transactions, and answering customer questions
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment
