About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a Casino Service Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, interacting with guests, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest feels valued, respected, and entertained throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with guests, answer questions, and provide information about our facilities and services.
- Resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our games, promotions, and amenities.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of casino games and regulations.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- A competitive salary of $17.40 per hour.
