Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage OSP construction projects with a strategic approach, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
  • Team Management: Direct and inspire construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, driving on-time, within-budget project deliveries.
  • Quality Assurance: Enforce rigorous quality standards, ensuring projects meet specifications, codes, and regulations.
  • Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, providing financial updates to stakeholders, keeping projects on a harmonious financial track.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate potential risks, developing proactive strategies to ensure project success.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, engineering, and stakeholders, aligning everyone to achieve project goals.
  • Documentation: Create accurate project documentation, providing a solid foundation for future reference.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Possess an undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Showcase proven experience in OSP construction management within the telecom industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of outside plant construction processes, fiber optics, and telecom infrastructure.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects with ease, showcasing your ability to navigate complexity.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Navigate the regulatory landscape with familiarity in industry regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software.
