Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and revenue to achieve business objectives
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service and food quality
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and scheduling
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance and achieve business objectives
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
