Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Global Vision Immigration Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, and providing information or services such as employee assistance and counselling.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field. Additionally, the candidate must be able to advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions, notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers, advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, and recruit and hire staff.
