Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Lydia Swift. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a related field, such as healthcare or social services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Work Environment:

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, community centers, and other locations. You will be required to travel to clients' homes and may be exposed to physical demands, such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
