We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Lydia Swift. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Assist with laundry and linen management
  • Perform other tasks as required to support clients' needs
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a related field an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, standing, and walking
Work Environment:

Our Home Support Workers work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, community centers, and other locations. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.
