Clinical Lead Nurse

About the Role:
The Clinical Lead Nurse is a crucial member of our care team at Retirement Concepts. As a Registered Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. Your leadership skills and clinical expertise will enable you to coordinate and supervise the activities of our care staff, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
* Assess residents' needs and implement individualized care plans
* Provide clinical direction to care staff and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care
* Collaborate with other disciplines and departments to ensure seamless care delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that our residents' care plans are up-to-date and reflective of their evolving needs
Qualifications and Skills:
* Current license with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as an RN
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing an asset
* Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification and CPR
* Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
* Computer skills, including the ability to navigate basic computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
