Our Bakery
Our bakery is a must-stop destination for customers, offering a wide range of fresh-baked goods, including artisan breads, pastries, cookies, and muffins. As a Cake Decorator, you will play a key role in making our bakery a success by creating visually appealing and delicious treats that exceed our customers' expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods to meet customer demands and exceed expectations
- Ensure high-quality products are available for customers, adhering to standards of presentation and operations
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and rotation to maintain optimal stock levels
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in cake decorating or a related field is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
