We are currently seeking a skilled Health Care Aide to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for providing hands-on personal care services, medication administration, light housekeeping, and meal service assistance to our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Perform light housekeeping duties in resident suites and common areas
- Assist with personal care activities, including dressing, bathing, and incontinence care
- Provide simple transfers and respond to medical emergencies in a calm and professional manner
- Assist with resident laundry and meal service as needed
- Follow Care Plans and report any changes or concerns to the care team

Qualifications and Experience:
- Completion of provincial Health Care Aid certification
- Registered with provincial health care registry
- Completion of Medication Administration course
- Previous experience in a residential care setting is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with residents, peers, and operational partners
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests at once
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, kneel, and lift 25 pounds
