Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our Chemical Cleaning team based in Edmonton, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and guiding a team to deliver on challenging projects, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor field operations and ongoing projects to ensure timely completion, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supervise the safe operation of industrial cleaning equipment and ensure adherence to company health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Attend regular supervisor and safety meetings, maintain knowledge of local, provincial, and federal guidelines, and communicate project status to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing quality services, escalating issues to leadership, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for project scheduling, deployment, and resource allocation across multiple client sites.
  • Provide guidance and support to new employees, ensuring they are well-informed, aligned, and accountable.
  • Leave the job site in a clean, safe, and job-completed condition.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience with a minimum of 2 years in an industry-related role.
  • Class 3 license with a clean driver's abstract is required.
  • Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
  • Experience in supervising a team of four or more individuals.
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
