Ocean Freight Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ocean Freight Coordinator to join our team at G.E. Forwarders Ltd. As an Ocean Freight Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Prepare and maintain progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Follow up on issues with work orders and ensure resolution
- Keep track of shipments and ensure accurate inventory management
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
