Service Advisor Opportunity at Parkland Chrysler

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Parkland Chrysler. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate repair costs and times for a wide range of repairs
  • Welcome customers and discuss their needs
  • Answer customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
  • Develop repair estimates by considering material, supply, and labor costs
  • Prepare repair orders by detailing vehicle problems or symptoms
  • Connect customers with the right auto technician
  • Test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs
  • Maintain automotive records by tracking problems and corrective actions
Qualifications:

We require a minimum of 3 years of dealership experience in an automotive Service Advisor role. CDK experience is an asset. You must have automotive knowledge, proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, and the ability to set and achieve targeted goals. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, possess demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to remain calm under pressure. Additionally, you should have organization and follow-up skills, experience working with technology, and a valid Alberta driver's license with a clean driving record.
