About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Papa John's. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook food items to order, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Portion and package food items for customers, ensuring that they are accurately labeled and presented.
    • Take customer orders and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
    • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment, ensuring that they are free from food residue and bacteria.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and store inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience, and make recommendations to improve their experience.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
