About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and a team player attitude.
