**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Operator to join our production team. As a Sanitation Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and a high-quality product for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Contribute to the washing and sanitizing of internal industrial structures, including tables, machines, and production equipment, according to established procedures.
• Follow the roadmap established according to priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Clean floors using industrial equipment, such as mops, industrial zambonis, brooms, and scrapers, as required.
• Wash walls in accordance with established procedures, including ceilings and other hard-to-reach areas.
• Dust inaccessible areas of the floor, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Perform exterior housekeeping tasks, including cleaning gutters, garbage cans, parking lots, and other areas as needed.
• Empty garbage cans, replace bags, and take garbage cans to the compactor, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform various sanitation-related tasks as required.
**Requirements**
• Good sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
• Good manual dexterity and speed of execution, with attention to detail.
• Demonstrates good team spirit and ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Autonomous and able to work with minimal supervision.
