As a Food Safety & Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients ensure compliance with regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to measure conformity to established standards
  • Observing food prep and cooking standards to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices
  • Partnering with clients to address root causes of assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plans
  • Teaching and coaching clients how to make their workplace a safer and healthier environment for themselves and their customers

You will also have the opportunity to travel up to 50% of the time, including some evening and weekend work.

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the requirements to obtain a CP-FS certification, have a highly flexible Sunday to Saturday work schedule, and be able to lift 10 lbs chest high, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
