Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Direct IT Recruiting Inc. as a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Broker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' insurance needs and evaluate risk to provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and implement business and prospect marketing plans to drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve cross-selling goals
  • Provide exceptional service and professional advice to clients, ensuring accurate quotes and policy documentation
  • Network with industry professionals and attend events to promote our company and products
  • Meet or exceed personal insurance production goals through a combination of referral sources and self-generation

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Personal Lines Insurance sales with a strong understanding of industry trends and regulations
  • RIBO License and experience working with EPIC by Applied Systems and Compu-Quote
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and business objectives
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
