About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor Lead to join our team at Tim Hortons/Bloomfield. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that high-quality products are delivered to our customers in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork within the kitchen.
  • Scheduling and Budgeting: Establish work schedules and prepare budget estimates to ensure efficient use of resources and effective management of inventory.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during food preparation or service.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with equivalent experience also considered.
  • Language: English language proficiency is essential for effective communication and customer service.
Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $55,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Work Environment:

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with potential exposure to hot temperatures, odors, and noise levels.
