Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Pluto Transport Inc. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Provide customer service and support to users, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed.

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language.
