Natu'oil Services Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and judgement.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong team player attitude.
Working Conditions:
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding role.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
